Hi, what type and size water pump are you using?

I did the same technique for my wheels, but sadly after just a few months the rust found its way back through. If you can, I'd recommend getting the tyre removed from the wheel before you remove the rust. Most tyre places will take off/put on for a few quid and it will give you a much better finish, especially around the rim. Secondly, I wouldn't use standard wheel paint as most of it doesn't have any rust proofing in it. I used Simonz wheel paint, with 3 coats of primer, 3 of silver and 3 clear coats and the rust still pushed its way back through. You will never be able to remove all of the rust, especially from all the ridges. I would use a metal protective spray paint or direct to rust spray paint, to help keep it at bay for as long as possible.

Quick note the cables from inverter to battery should be short as possible and thick as you can afford , less than 6 inches ( not 18+ like yours) this can cause overheating, also all the spare white wire for your 240.....bad idea longer wire more resistence more heat between these 2 ide say thats what killed your old inverter . I have just got the 3000 w renogy inverter.PS the reason you get 2 sets of cables wth the renogy inverter is its supposed to work with 2 batterys if you are connectiong to an already conected battery bank use both cables to make the conection to the inverter, saves buying thicker cables.Again your cables from inverter to battery are to long!

Install the inverter vertically, with the fan facing either up or down, is totally not recommended. You might have to rotate it 90 degrees horizontally instead.
